A cancellation fee of $50 may be charged for late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) and the full appointment fee may be charged for no shows and same day cancellations. If there is a snow storm, your practitioner will be in touch to reschedule your appointment or turn it into a virtual / phone appointment (if applicable).

As a naturopathic doctor (ND), rather than focusing on symptoms, NDs work to identify ‘root’ cause of health issues. They don't prescribe pharmaceutical drugs, but make natural health recommendations and work to improve the sleep, stress, exercise, diet, etc., of their patients.

Amy Florian BSc (Hons), ND (KENTVILLE NATUROPATHIC)

As a naturopathic doctor (ND), rather than focusing on symptoms, Amy works to identify ‘root’ cause of health concerns.

Amy does not prescribe pharmaceutical drugs, but makes natural health recommendations and works to improve the sleep, stress, emotions, diet, and habits, of her patients. She treats all ages and health concerns. She also uses special testing to help her patients discover the root cause, including food sensitivity, hormone, genetic, and stress testing. She loves reviewing blood work as well. She is passionate about educating her patients about their health!

Please note: as of Feb. 1, 2026, longer follow-up appointments will be increasing by $10.
