Our sign has been taken down, but we are still in the same place (right beside Provincial Hearing). However, the Healing Station itself will be moving in January 2025, and some practitioners will be moving to different locations; however we will all still be in Kentville. Your own practitioner(s) will communicate with you about their official moving date(s) and about their new location(s).

Please note that all practitioners at The Healing Station are independent and assume responsibility for their own patients’ care. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice).

Naturopathic Medicine

Naturally focused healthcare.

As a naturopathic doctor (ND), rather than focusing on symptoms, NDs work to identify ‘root’ cause of health issues. They don't prescribe pharmaceutical drugs, but make natural health recommendations and work to improve the sleep, stress, exercise, diet, etc., of their patients.

Massage Therapy

A registered massage therapist (RMT) manipulates the soft tissues of the body (muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and skin), to provide both healing and relaxation.

Acupuncture

Sharon provides a healing, therapeutic & relaxing experience through tailored acupuncture treatments.

Amy Florian BSc (Hons), ND (KENTVILLE NATUROPATHIC)

As a naturopathic doctor (ND), rather than focusing on symptoms, Amy works to identify ‘root’ cause of health concerns.

Amy does not prescribe pharmaceutical drugs, but makes natural health recommendations and works to improve the sleep, stress, emotions, diet, and habits, of her patients. She treats all ages and health concerns. She also uses special testing to help her patients discover the root cause, including food sensitivity, hormone, genetic, and stress testing. She loves reviewing blood work as well. She is passionate about educating her patients about their health!

As of February 7, 2025, 30 minute follow-ups, hormone and food sensitivity tests, and vitamin B12 injection appointments will be increasing by $5 an appointment.

Bethany is enthusiastic and highly committed to helping her clients benefit from the stress-relieving effects of therapeutic massage.

She excels at alleviating the pain associated with postural dysfunction, commonly found in the neck, lower back and legs.

She has a special interest in helping people with TMJ pain, chronic migraines, and pre/post pregnancy massage. She is trained in deep tissue massage therapy.
